• GROCERIES - Keep a couple of laundry baskets in your trunk to put groceries in. This makes it easier to take them into your house all at once.

• POPCORN - Store popcorn in the freezer. It eliminates excess unpopped kernels and stays fresh.

• STAINS - To remove underarm stains, scrub with white vinegar, or lemon juice and water.

• STATIC - Rub lotion on your legs and socks to help with static. Static builds up when the weather is dry and the lotion helps moisten things up.

• NECKLACES - To keep necklaces from getting tangled when you store them, run the chain through a straw and cut the straw to size so you can clasp the ends together.

• ANTS - To keep ants away from your pet's food dish inside or outside, put vaseline (in a circle) around the dish. Ants won't cross the vaseline.

• MILK JUGS - Cut the bottom out of milk jugs or bleach jugs and leave the lids on. They make wonderful cheap dippers for water barrels or scooping feed for pets, along with lots of other uses.

• SHOPPING - Be sue to check your receipts for accuracy before you leave the store. Check to ensure you received the sale price.

• WHIPPED CREAM - Easy way to make whipped cream. Use heavy whipping cream, dash of vanilla extract, a couple of tsps of sugar and whip together.
